What does it mean "Baluch"?

Well, we were backpacking in South America during 2006. As we were about to get back home and start with the "regular" life we felt that we want to experience a bit more of the "backpackers´ amazing life" and we came up with the idea of opening the "Baluch Backpackers Hostel". We had everything planned; the cool roof top area with the bar and the pool table, the quality events, the salsa lessons and live shows, the air-conditioned rooms, the DVD library, the information desk with the best collection of excursions and activities and a lot more...
So what does it mean "Baluch"? - ask at the reception when you'll get here...
